Constructing the Foundation

Strategic land acquisition, development, and construction is a critical foundation for the operations of Tropicana Properties. Tropicana Building II was established to oversee the development of our apartment complexes, of which there are currently 42 with over 3,920 units. We are committed to supporting the local economy and job growth by working with local suppliers and subcontractors to complete our projects. This work has brought over $300 million in outside capital investment to the region, thousands of jobs, and millions of dollars in tax revenues and fees to government entities.
